URBAN SEAL WATERPROOFING
Crack Repair & Injection
Concrete cracks are the primary pathway for water seepage into structural slabs and walls. Simply sealing the surface with cement is a temporary solution that fails as soon as thermal expansion stresses occur again.
Our Crack Grouting & Repair Process
- V-Groove Sealing: Opening cracks in a V-shape, clearing debris, and packing them with non-shrink structural polymer grouts.
- Polyurethane Pressure Injection: Drilling holes at 45-degree angles intersecting the crack, inserting packer nozzles, and injecting high-pressure polyurethane resin that expands on contact with moisture, filling every capillary void.
- Epoxy Structural Grouting: Injecting low-viscosity epoxy resin to rebond cracked load-bearing concrete beams and columns.
