Terrace Waterproofing
Exposed terraces must withstand both heavy rainfall and extreme thermal expansion. Traditional brickbat coba or simple screeds often crack, allowing water to collect and seep into the rooms directly below.
Our Terrace Coating Systems
- Elastomeric PU Membranes: We apply aliphatic polyurethane coatings that offer up to 400% elongation, accommodating structural movements without tearing.
- UV & Heat Reflective System: A thermal-insulating protective coat that lowers the terrace slab temperature by up to 8°C, lowering indoor air-conditioning costs.
- Joint Reinforcement: Non-woven polyester fleece reinforcement along parapet wall junctions.
